Wedensdays 2-3
6 weeks beginning January 9, 2008
Keiki ages 5-12 will learn basic yoga postures, sun salutations and beginning meditation. These skills will help improve self esteem and encourage fitness and focus, providing the child necessary life skills. Creating health and happiness!
